Dental Insurance/Billing Receptionist – Wisdom Teeth Guys, Highland, UT.
Responsibilities
Manage patient calls on our billing extension and provide administrative support for the insurance and accounting teams.
Answer inbound calls from patients regarding their insurance, statements received for a balance they owe, questions about a refund or credit on their account, and other billing/insurance related items.
Process mail, send patient statements, and provide support to the insurance team in other aspects of dental billing.
Work remotely for some hours if eligible, but must work in the office at least two days a week.

Detail oriented
Great phone communication skills
Dental insurance knowledge
Fast learner
