Assesses patient’s health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs
Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care
Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures
Provides patient and family education

Associate Of Nursing Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse: North Dakota, upon hire and
American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months of start
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months of start
