Responsibilities
Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity.
Ensure that curriculum standards are maintained and staff are supported in working with a diverse population of students.
Support a team of highly qualified staff by actively training, coaching, and engaging with classroom activities and center events.
Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
Conduct classroom observations to maintain the highest standards of care and education.
Qualifications
Three or more years of childcare experience (highly preferred) or at least two years of center teaching experience.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and child development.
