Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer based in Paducah, KY. The individual will be responsible for providing family services, arranging funerals, embalming, and ensuring all necessary preparations are completed with precision and care. Duties involve working closely with families, offering guidance and support, maintaining compliance with all regulations, and delivering attentive customer service throughout the process.
Qualifications
Skills in Embalming and expertise in funeral home operations
Experience in Family Services and handling sensitive situations with care and empathy
Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on delivering compassionate and professional support
Licensed as a Funeral Director/Embalmer, meeting state requirements
Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work respectfully with diverse communities and adhere to ethical standards
Experience with funeral service software and administrative tasks is a plus
