Social Media Community Manager for a CELEBRITY

to lead the creation, distribution, and amplification of social media content produced by the company’s owner.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will collaborate closely with partner store teams and internal digital marketing teams to ensure brand messaging is cohesive, strategic, and impactful across all social platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
As the Social Media Community Manager, you will:

Develop and manage a strategic content calendar across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social content with promotions, campaigns, partnerships, and brand initiatives

Uphold and evolve the company’s voice, tone, and values across all social and digital communications

Engage with the online community by responding to comments and conversations in line with customer care best practices

Analyze performance and deliver detailed reporting on campaign and content effectiveness using analytics tools

Partner with influencers to expand reach, visibility, and engagement

Leverage insights, testing, and performance data to continuously optimize content and improve key social metrics

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

5+ years of experience managing social media for high-profile brands or e-commerce accounts

Strong expertise in social media analytics, KPIs, content optimization, and engagement strategies

Intermediate proficiency or higher in Canva or Adobe Photoshop

Intermediate proficiency or higher in social video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Captions App, InShot)

Familiarity with SEO best practices and WordPress

A strong eye for composition, design, and visual storytelling

Experience using analytics platforms such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, and similar tools

This role requires approximately

25% travel

(local, regional and international), including conferences and product events

Some

evening and weekend availability

will be necessary
