Overview
We are seeking a hands‑on Staff Accountant to support full‑cycle accounting operations in a small, fast‑paced office environment. This role will handle day‑to‑day accounting functions while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle accounting including AP, AR, reconciliations, and month‑end close
Process payroll and post journal entries
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
Assist with financial statements and reporting
Handle sales/use tax and support compliance requirements
Support job costing, inventory tracking, and general accounting operations
Qualifications
4+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Strong experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, and month‑end close
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel required
Experience with payroll and small business accounting environments preferred
