Commercial Account Specialist
TruGreen is dedicated to fostering dynamic teams and supporting associates in achieving their professional goals. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial customers, ensuring outstanding service and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Place telephone calls to manage all aspects of commercial customer accounts.

Maintain the customer database through accurate and timely data entry.

Answer inquiries, resolve problems, promote and sell products and services.

Provide first‑line administrative support and coordinate commercial account activities for Business Development Representatives.

Create and review commercial service agreements.

Follow up with commercial customers during renewal periods.

Facilitate commercial growth through outbound calls to customers and prospects.

Contact customers regarding outstanding balances on commercial accounts.

Develop, maintain, and cultivate effective customer relationships with assigned accounts.

Handle day‑to‑day account activities for commercial customers.

Review accounts, upsell existing customers, and solicit new business.

Act as a liaison between the branch and the customer to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.

Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.

2–3 years of customer service experience required.

Experience resolving escalated customer service issues required.

Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
The physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, using hands and arms to handle, feel or reach, speaking, hearing, and using close vision. Occasionally lifted up to 25 lbs and required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Background noise is low to moderate, and adverse conditions are minimal.

Pay Range and Benefits
Pay range: $31,819.00 – $58,865.00 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, company‑matching 401(k), and other programs.
