Headquartered in Pewaukee, WI, Visu‑Sewer is a national organization which serves the underground construction community in the Mid‑west and beyond. What You’ll Do
As our HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent who keep our operations running strong
Support DOT compliance, including driver qualification files and testing programs
Administer leaves and benefits, including FMLA, state leaves, enrollments, and ongoing employee support
Partner on HR programs such as performance management, training, and professional development initiatives
Be a trusted employee resource, providing coaching, conflict resolution, and supporting investigations as needed
Champion employee engagement, gathering feedback and helping implement culture and engagement initiatives
Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, ensuring alignment with employment laws and best practices
