
HR Coordinator (Recruiting & Payroll

This temporary HR Coordinator role offers a hands‑on opportunity to support hiring, onboarding, payroll, and daily HR operations while playing a key role in the employee experience. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities, including interviews, schedules, tours, and new hire logistics
Serve as a first point of contact for employees, providing friendly and responsive HR support
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and compliance documentation (including I‑9s)
Track attendance and timekeeping to ensure accurate bi‑weekly payroll processing
Support benefits administration, payroll audits, performance reviews, and offboarding
Manage building access, badges, and security systems
Assist with employee engagement activities, communications, and culture initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of related HR or administrative experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with Workday and Kronos a plus
