Payroll & Benefits Specialist
Oversees payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely employee support. Serves as a primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries while partnering with management and corporate teams.
Responsibilities
Process weekly/monthly payroll
Maintain data confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Support benefits administration and open enrollment
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and orientation
Address employee payroll/benefits questions
Qualifications
Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-5+ years of payroll and/or benefits experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with UKG, iCIMS, or similar systems
HR/payroll certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
