Who we are looking for
We are looking for energetic and motivated final-year students ready to gain real-world experience and grow in a dynamic business environment.
Students, in last year of studies (BSc. or MA) in the fields of Accounting, Economics, Finance, Administration or related fields.
Fully available during the lab days.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of the Italian language is considered preferential, Italian language courses will be offered.
Curiosity and desire to get the "know-how" of the business world and the skills needed.
Analytical skills and drive to constantly learn and develop.
Natural team players - collaborative and a hunger for connections.
Your future role

Participation in a full-week interactive lab, offered to a select group of candidates.
Start with Deloitte onboarding and initial trainings, followed by the Compliance Controlling Lab.
A blend of business theoryand hands-on case studies within the Audit Support Italian Project.
