Role Description
Midwest Surgical Hospital is looking for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our on-site team in Omaha, NE. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the HR department in key functional areas including HR management, administering employee benefits, overseeing employee relations, FMLA/ADA management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Additional duties may include documentation, maintaining employee records, and assisting in onboarding processes to enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources (HR) operations (3+ years)
Experience in Benefits Administration, FMLA/ADA required
Experience in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding/Offboarding
Knowledge of HR Policies and applicable regulations
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Detail‑oriented and proactive in problem‑solving and multitasking
Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) is advantageous
