HVAC Technician – Up to $5k Sign‑On Bonus
We are Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning, an industry leader in HVAC services for over 30 years. As an HVAC technician, you will go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, and perform preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems in client homes.
• Diagnose heating and cooling issues and apply corrective actions.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Competitive Compensation
Hourly rate of up to $48 per hour.
Base salary and bonus program that can exceed $100,000 per year for top performers.
Potential sign‑on bonus up to $5,000.
