Job Description
We are seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Qualifications
A four year degree and paralegal certificate preferred.
Must have trial experience and willingness to travel.
Must be willing to learn presentation of evidence electronically through Trial Director, Sanctions, or other programs.
Experience and technical expertise with eDiscovery tools, such as LogikCull, Eclipse, Relativity, including collection, ingestion, redaction, production, and privilege logs.
Extensive experience with drafting, responding to, and reviewing discovery requests, discovery responses, document productions, litigation holds, privilege logs, and subpoena preparation.
Organizing and managing documents and maintaining pristine client files.
Research factual issues for motions and disclosure.
Experience with e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts.
Experience with formatting and filing appellate briefs in state and federal courts.
Experience with tracking witnesses and parties in cases and conducting background investigations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to respond timely and effectively in a team atmosphere.
Ability to multi-task.
High level of computer competency, in the complete Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive.
Requires the ability to work 40 Hours a week M-F.
Reliable with excellent attendance.
