We're looking for a
Welder/Fabricator
who knows their way around
TIG welding
and
custom sheet metal work . If you're someone who likes working independently, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can read a blueprint without blinking this is for you.
What Youll Be Doing:
TIG welding on custom sheet metal jobs
Reading and working from blueprints, specs, and detailed drawings
Fabricating specialty, one-of-a-kind pieces
Staying on top of quality while hitting deadlines
Using math skills daily to get it right the first time
Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

What Were Looking For:
Proven TIG welding experience (custom work preferred)
Ability to read blueprints, specs, and technical drawings
Strong math and measuring skills
Comfortable working solo and meeting quality standards
Experience with
punch press
or
press brake
is a plus
Trade school or hands-on sheet metal experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Skills/Requirements:
Must have your own hand tools and welding gear (mask, gloves, etc.)
Clear communicator and team-mindedeven if you prefer to work independently
