Front Desk Coordinator (Detail-Focused Office Role)
Newberry, SC | Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–4 PM | On-Site Only
We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Front Desk Coordinator to support a professional financial services office.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, structure, and creating a polished client experience—and who is equally comfortable working with people and systems.
What You’ll Do
You will serve as the first point of contact for clients while ensuring the office operates with consistency, precision, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include:
Greet and assist clients in a professional, calm, and welcoming manner
Manage scheduling, client flow, and front desk coordination
Create, organize, and maintain digital files using web‑based systems
Maintain structured file systems (Windows‑based folders and document storage)
Follow established processes with a high level of accuracy
Support internal team logistics and protect workflow efficiencyMaintain office organization and presentation
Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
What You Bring (Required Skills & Experience)
This is not an entry‑level role. We are looking for someone who already demonstrates:
Strong computer skills, including:
Navigating Windows file structures
Creating, naming, and organizing digital documents
Using web‑based software systems
High attention to detail (you catch errors others miss)
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes
Professional communication skills (in‑person, phone, and written)
Reliability and consistency in attendance and performance
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
What Will Set You Apart
Experience in an office, administrative, or professional services environment
Comfort working in a structured, process‑driven setting
A natural ability to create order and keep things running smoothly
Pride in doing things correctly—not just quickly
Work Environment & Requirements
On‑site role (not remote or hybrid)
Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–4 PM
Must be able to pass fingerprinting and a background check (required for this industry)
Ability to be on your feet at times and lift up to 25 lbs
