The clerical assistant is a patient-facing position that provides scheduling and support to the front desk and clinic.
Responsibilities
Provide patient scheduling, greet patients, handle front desk queries and support clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
1 year experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED in General Studies
AHA HeartSaver or AHA BLS certification (upon hire)
Experience in a medical or rehab environment
Familiarity with medical terminology
1 year experience using MS Office Suite or other Windows-based software
Experience with computerized patient scheduling programs and EPIC

Wage Range
$19.40 – $29.08 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, and other incentives.
