What You’ll Do
Manage a complex caseload of medical malpractice matters from intake through trial
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses
Coordinate with medical experts, review records and prepare expert summaries
Conduct in‑depth medical records review and chronology preparation
Manage depositions, subpoenas and case calendaring
Assist attorneys with trial preparation including exhibit organization and witness coordination
Communicate directly with clients, medical providers and opposing counsel
Maintain case files and manage litigation deadlines with precision
Who You Are
7+ years of medical malpractice paralegal experience – this is non‑negotiable
Deep understanding of medical terminology, records and expert coordination
Strong command of Florida civil procedure and court filing rules
Experience with discovery, depositions and trial support
Highly organized, deadline‑driven and able to manage a heavy caseload independently
A true professional who takes pride in their work and their clients
Someone who is ready to plant roots – not just looking for their next stepping stone
