Overview
Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise:
Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship.
Documentation and Communication:
Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service.
Technical Development and Customer Focus:
Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments.

Qualifications
Required:
Have 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate’s Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed.
Must have own tools.
Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and ability to work independently.
Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.
Preferred:
Ability to work flexible hours.
Ability to travel to customer and company locations.
