We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team immediately. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting our physical therapists in providing exceptional patient care. Duties include the following:
Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and exercises for patients
Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions
Provide support and encouragement to patients during their therapy sessions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
Schedule patients and collect co-pays when needed
`Qualifications:
Previous experience or education in a healthcare or related field preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
