What You’ll Do
Service & maintain HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, RTUs, splits, heat pumps)
Diagnose & troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and communicate with customers
Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
Work independently & collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless service
Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule
Mentor and guide less‑experienced technicians
What You Bring
5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
Universal EPA Certification
Leadership skills & a team‑first mindset
