Responsibilities
Design and manage land development projects including subdivisions, site layouts, utilities, and drainage systems.
Prepare and review civil plans, specifications, and reports.
Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
BS in Civil Engineering
PE license preferred or EIT/EI on track to PE
Experience in civil site/land development projects
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools
Strong communication and project coordination skills
