Shift Supervisor – Owensboro Health Regional
Location: Owensboro Health Regional, 1201 Pleasant Valley Road, Owensboro, KY 42303 (online applications only).
Schedule: Full time 5:00 am to 2:00 am, shifts may vary.
Eligibility: 1 year of supervisory experience required.
Pay: $13.50 - $18.00 per hour.
Job Summary
Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring that job expectations are completed while policies and procedures are maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate worker performance: reward high performers and discipline those who fail to meet standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
Act as contact for employees with complaints or time‑off requests.
Serve as mentor, develop employees, encourage advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
