Support the operation and maintenance of our Orrville Corporate campus. As a member of the Orrville-based Corporate Facilities team, you have the opportunity to address operation and maintenance needs with a dynamic and collaborative team structure.
Location:
Orrville, OH
Work Arrangements:
Onsite 100%
In this role you will:
Office and workstation moves and repairs
Provide coordination for maintenance requests
Support for special events & meetings
Set up tables, chairs, stages, podiums
Box truck (parcel and light freight) delivery across campus
Support Groundskeeping and Mailroom functions as needed
What we are looking for:
Minimum requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of construction trades and disciplines
Valid Ohio Driver's License
Strong capabilities with Microsoft tools and applications
Experience coordinating with third party contractors
Strong sense of cooperation and collaboration in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift 70 pounds
Ability to spend majority of the day on your feet
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, communicate clearly and meet deadlines
Sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution
