Day to Day
Troubleshoot and support Windows 10/11 desktops, M365, and local networks
Act as an escalation point for L1 tickets and handle small IT projects
Support and configure SonicWall and Sophos firewalls
Get hands-on experience with Azure Entra ID, SharePoint, and Veeam
Occasionally assist with server-side work and cloud migrations
Provide on-site support to small businesses around the Manassas area
Requirements
2+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience a huge plus)
Strong skills in desktop troubleshooting, M365, and Azure
Working knowledge of SonicWall, Sophos, and QuickBooks
Familiarity with ConnectWise, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 server environments
Strong communication skills, a self-starter mentality, and a desire to grow
