
Brand & Growth Operator

We're hiring a Brand & Growth Operator to drive marketing execution across 3–4 brands simultaneously within our growing portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into action — fast.
What You'll Do
You'll own end-to-end marketing and growth across multiple brands. That means planning, creating, and publishing content consistently, launching and monitoring campaigns across paid and organic channels, diagnosing what's working (and what isn't), and iterating quickly. You'll leverage AI tools throughout your workflow — from content creation and repurposing to performance analysis and process automation — to scale output without scaling hours. When something's stuck, you unblock it. When something's underperforming, you fix it or escalated it to the right person.
What We're Looking For
You have worked in startups, agencies, or multi-brand environments where wearing multiple hats wasn't optional — it was the job. You can shift from strategist to content creator to campaign analyst to coordinator depending on what the moment demands. You're self‑directed, resourceful, and comfortable operating with real ownership over outcomes. You have hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, content platforms, analytics) and you already use AI tools as part of how you work — not as a novelty, but as a multiplier.
Location:
Remote — open to international candidates
Schedule:
Must be available during Central Time (CT) working hours
Brands:
You'll manage 3–4 active brands at once
Autonomy:
High. You work from strategic direction, not step-by-step instructions.
Compensation:
Based on experience, execution capacity, and ownership level — discussed individually
Hiring Process
A standard interview followed by a 48-hour practical exercise where you'll review a real brand, propose 1–2 actionable initiatives, and execute at least one of them.
