We are hiring
for experienced Machine Operators
to join our manufacturing team. Ideal candidates will have experience operating an winding machine or similar manufacturing equipment. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable working with machines, and a quick learner, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Operate Unwind machine to feed materials for further processing.
Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or product defects.
Load raw materials and maintain continuous machine operation.
Perform minor adjustments or repairs to maintain equipment performance.
Follow production schedules and maintain production records.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment; follow all safety protocols.
Communicate with supervisors and teammates regarding machine performance and material flow.
Qualifications
Prior experience with Unwind machines or similar production machinery preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Compensation
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
