Job Description

The responsibilities of the Architecture Designer will include but are not limited to:
Assist with the preparation of construction documents from concept through construction.
Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and incorporate client feedback effectively.
Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and two (2) years of architecture experience covering aspects of building design including: survey, design development, construction documents, construction administration or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Master's degree is a plus
3 or more years of experience
Experience working in large and complex projects/programs
Experience with government agencies/projects
Experience working on all phases of Architectural projects
Demonstrate enthusiasm, highly motivated and detail oriented
Ability to produce high-quality graphic designs, renderings and visualizations for presentations and client proposals.
Proficiency in Revit and have familiarity with AutoCAD
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work well with clients, staff and consultants
Have a general understanding of code compliance, American with Disabilities Act/American Barriers Act and constructability.
Ability to obtain an Architecture License within 2 years
Strong work ethic and the ability to work closely with and collaborate with multidiscipline design team
