Compensation: USD 90,000 - USD 110,000 per year
Job Description

Responsibilities
Manage and prepare detailed construction documents from concept through construction and coordinate with engineers or contractors as needed.
Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and incorporate client feedback effectively.
Prepare specifications and reports.
Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
Have a strong understanding of code compliance, American with Disabilities Act/American Barriers Act and constructability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and four (4) years of architecture experience covering aspects of building design including survey, design development, construction documents, construction administration or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Demonstrated experience with Revit.
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of experience.
Licensed Architect or on the path to licensure.
Master's degree is a plus.
Experience working in large and complex projects/programs.
Experience with government agencies/projects.
Proficiency in 3D rendering.
Strong technical skills related to visualization, planning, and architectural design.
Familiarity with AutoCAD.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrate enthusiasm, highly motivated and detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work well with clients, staff and consultants.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as be able to work closely with and collaborate with multidiscipline design team.
