Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Fargo, ND. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading and managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role will develop and implement HR policies, oversee performance management, and ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations. The manager will collaborate with leadership to support an inclusive and employee-centered workplace culture while addressing organizational needs.
Qualifications
Knowledge and skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Proficiency in benefits administration, HR policies, and employee relations management
Experience in performance management, conflict resolution, and implementing HR best practices
Familiarity with employment laws, compliance protocols, and HR management systems
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
Previous experience in a healthcare organization is beneficial
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
3-5 years with progressive HR experience
