Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
Assist in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining an organized and up-to-date candidate pipeline.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support the delivery of high-quality talent.
Contribute to a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely, and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
Update and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and hiring activities.
Support the preparation and maintenance of Talent Acquisition reports for North America & LATAM and global teams.
Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and candidates.
Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Advanced English proficiency.
