
Sr. Analyst - Capital Markets-Securitization

This role supports the Treasury organization's Capital Markets team by providing financial planning through reporting, analysis, and operational support related to T‑Mobile's securitized asset portfolios. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for preparing capital and operating forecasts, budgets, and detailed account reviews, and analyzing performance reporting. The role provides analysis, ensures accuracy and compliance with transaction requirements, and develops financial models to inform business decisions. Success is measured by the accuracy and timeliness of forecast deliverables, quality of financial insights, and effectiveness of communication with cross‑functional partners and senior management. This work directly influences organizational financial strategy and supports informed decision‑making for growth and risk management.
Job Responsibilities
Own reporting and forecasting activities related to securitized asset portfolios, including preparation and review of time‑sensitive deliverables such as investor reporting, compliance notifications, invoicing, and portfolio performance summaries. Support financial impact assessments related to new transactions, contract changes, and business initiatives affecting securitization structures.
Analyze financial results and portfolio performance using analytical and modeling techniques to identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities across multiple asset pools. Investigate underlying drivers, validate data integrity, and provide clear recommendations to leadership and business partners.
Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate operational or financial impacts of business changes, transaction amendments, or new issuances. Present findings in a clear and structured manner to stakeholders to support sound decision‑making.
Measure and monitor key performance indicators and compliance metrics related to securitization transactions. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility into portfolio performance and operational effectiveness.
Provide audit and control support, including preparation of documentation for internal and external audits, support of SOX control execution, and coordination with Accounting, Legal, FP&A, and external stakeholders as needed. Also responsible for other duties or projects as assigned by business management.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (Required)
4-7 years Experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting. (Required)
Wireless Telecom experience. (Preferred)
Working knowledge of Business Objects, SQL, Database or other reporting tool. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $67,200 - $121,200
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary within this range based on work location, qualifications, and experience.
