Job Title: Malpractice Litigation Attorneys (All Levels)

Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year

Location: North Jersey Metro; Hybrid or remote work flexibility.

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced defense litigation attorneys barred in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-caliber team on complex medical malpractice and professional liability cases.

Responsibilities
• Manage large-scale malpractice litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal.

• Provide strategic counsel to clients and negotiate settlements.

• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, draft pleadings, and present litigation at trial.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Barred in New Jersey (NY/PA is a plus)

2+ years of experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, or general liability litigation

Strong litigation and case management skills, including deposition and courtroom experience

Experience litigating in New Jersey state and/or federal courts highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($150K–$225K+ depending on background)
