Overview
Our client, a nationally renowned plaintiff's sex abuse, civil rights and mass tort litigation law firm with offices in Maryland seeks experienced mid level (at least 5 years of experience) to senior civil litigation attorneys (plaintiffs or defense) with strong motion practice, drafting, case management (from inception to trial/settlement), deposition experience to join their busy practice.
Responsibilities / Qualifications
Experience: mid level to senior civil litigation attorneys with at least 5 years of experience (plaintiffs or defense).
Strong motion practice, drafting, case management from inception to trial/settlement, deposition experience.
Cases may be going to trial this year. 1st or 2nd chair trial experience is NEEDED.
Ability to manage a caseload and staff.
