Handle high-impact, complex personal injury and abuse matters on behalf of plaintiffs in both state and federal court
Engage in discovery and motion practice in high stakes, high volume cases, including handling discovery disputes and related motion practice with opposing counsel
Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced growing firm
Engage in all aspects of litigation, from pleadings through settlement or trial
What you'll bring
4-6 years of complex litigation experience with strong research and writing skills (plaintiffs' or defense side experience will be considered)
Proven independent ownership within a team
Strong business judgment, interpersonal skills, and crisp writing and speaking abilities
Passion for helping victims in the pursuit of justice
IL bar license or eligibility to immediately waive in
