What You’ll Do
Manage a full caseload from pre-litigation through trial
Handle discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents with precision and persuasiveness
Draft legal opinion on a variety of matters
Provide strategic advice to clients and develop creative solutions
What we are looking for
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Texas
Residency in Texas
3+ years of civil litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: commercial trucking, real estate disputes, or general business litigation
