Proposal Coordinator – Fayetteville, Arkansas
Garver’s Water Marketing Team seeks a Proposal Coordinator who is a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong written communication, an eye for design, and the ability to compile and refine data and marketing materials. This role blends graphic design, content writing, data management, and project coordination to support the team’s proposals.
Responsibilities
Take the reins of the proposal process, overseeing everything from RFP release to final client delivery; manage the document, communicate proposal requirements to the team, set internal draft deadlines, craft, edit, and proofread complex proposals, government forms, and quality control checks to meet client specifications.
Use Adobe InDesign and brand assets to craft proposals that illustrate Garver’s strengths and brand identity.
Craft custom-written content that addresses the client’s selection criteria and highlights Garver’s strengths.
Coordinate and organize technical information, including photography, external subconsultant data, and marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and project award entries.
Contribute to the central information database of custom content for future projects as part of the Water Marketing Team.
Develop understanding of the water engineering industry to communicate effectively with project leaders and clients.
Collaborate with the team to create client presentations that support project wins.
Qualifications
Education or proven experience in Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, English, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Demonstrated writing and editing skills.
Familiarity with basic graphic design and page layout principles.
Ability in Adobe InDesign with a drive to master the program.
Accuracy and efficiency in incorporating red-line edits.
Strong communication skills and the ability to bring ideas to life.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate information from multiple channels and meet deadlines.
0 to 4+ years of relevant experience; onboarding can be customized for candidates at different levels.
