Job Description Summary

Application, including shoveling, sweeping, raking, mechanical assistance, lifting, pushing and pulling of various objects. Ability to perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions. Other duties as assigned per supervisor.

Requirements

Must partner with crew members per plan specifications, and if need be, perform tasks of other positions as instructed by crew foreman to ensure daily schedules/estimates are met.

Ability to be flexible with last minute schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes. Overtime work required. Out of town/county/state work may be required. Night shift work may be required.

Usage of various handheld tools.

Attendance required according to attendance policy to ensure crew ability to operate at a normal efficiency level.

Physical ability to shovel and rake.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Initiative to perform/assist with other positions for job completions.

Attitude/cooperation: always maintain courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers, and the general public.

Preferences

Previous experience preferred.

Drivers license required.

Education/Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
