
Grinder/Scaler - 3:30am - 1:00pm - Heavy Lifting

*Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:** On a rotating basis, delivers meat to dumper and grinder positions.* Operates dumper, screw conveyor, frozen meats grinder and final grinder.* Changing sizes of grind is required.* Scales meat at batch scale and final grinder positions.* Operator must be able to assemble heavy equipment.* Operator must be able to fork, rake, and shovel meat.* Set-up and Pre Op.* Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS:*To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
