Multimedia Producer (Onsite)

We are looking for a versatile and creative

Multimedia Producer

to lead the end-to-end production of high-impact audio and video content. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling, translating complex ideas into engaging media for customer success stories, product launches, social media, and internal corporate initiatives.

This role is 100% onsite in Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production

Create engaging video and audio content for social media, product marketing, recruiting, and corporate training.

Handle pre-production basics such as scripting, storyboarding, and setting project timelines.

Plan shoots, scout locations, and organize necessary equipment and gear.

Work with internal "talent" (employees and stakeholders) to help them feel comfortable and effective on camera.

Editing & Post-Production

Cut raw footage, sync audio, and organize media files.

Add motion graphics, titles, music, and voice-overs to polish the final product.

Ensure project files are correctly formatted, exported for the right platforms, and archived safely.

Keep an eye on how videos perform to see what resonates with our audience.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven track record in professional video production and multimedia creation.

Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

Communication: Exceptional storytelling and scripting abilities.

Organization: Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Equipment Knowledge: Deep understanding of professional camera gear, lighting kits, and audio recording equipment.
