Digital E-Commerce Partnership Manager

Are you someone who understands how digital strategy, product data, and customer experience all come together to drive online sales? This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of brand, retailer, and e-commerce performance—helping drive growth for one of the most recognized names in the tire industry.
We’re looking for a digitally savvy, relationship-driven professional to help accelerate online growth, improve the customer journey, and expand market share within a major retail partner ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing
Act as the primary digital liaison between internal brand teams and a key retail partner, driving alignment and execution of growth initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve website performance, conversion rates, and overall digital experience
Partner with stakeholders to execute customer marketing plans and online initiatives
Analyze the online customer journey and optimize key stages to reduce drop-off and improve conversion
Own product content strategy—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and optimization for SEO and conversion
Manage catalog structure, taxonomy, and product data to improve discoverability and usability
Support new product launches by ensuring product pages are accurate and optimized
Monitor inventory, forecasting, and allocation to reduce out-of-stock issues and improve availability
Leverage data and reporting to identify trends, measure performance, and drive strategic decisions
Build and deliver performance scorecards, monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviews
Identify operational efficiencies and innovation opportunities to drive growth and reduce costs
What We’re Looking For
2 – 5 years experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, retail media, or online category management
Degree in Marketing or related majors
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion optimization
Experience working with product data, catalogs, taxonomy, or digital content management
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience with online retail platforms or marketplaces is a strong plus
