Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover Hospice patient services in Gainesville, FL 32601 to provide treatment in a home setting: $110/eval. Responsibilities

Evaluates and treats hospice patients in a home setting.

Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals.

Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.

Has own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.

New graduate applicants welcome + experienced therapists.

Actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.

PRN Therapist Role

Flexible Schedule: PRN therapists have the freedom to choose when they work and can accept or decline cases based on availability.

Variety of Settings: PRN therapists at Sobe Rehab work in ALF and residential home settings, gaining experience across different patient populations.

Higher Rates: While PRN positions lack benefits like paid time off and health insurance, they often offer a higher rate of pay to compensate for the absence of benefits.

No Long‑Term Contracts: PRN work can vary from a few patient assignments to several, allowing therapists to take assignments without a long‑term commitment.

Weekend and Holiday Shifts: PRN therapists may be called upon to cover weekend shifts or holidays, often with premium pay rates.
