Responsibilities
Evaluates and treats hospice patients in a Home Setting
Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
Having your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
