Wildlife Care Intern: Reptiles & Raptors

Lorain County Metropolitan Park District is seeking a motivated Naturalist for the Carlisle Visitor Center. The role involves providing quality animal care to wildlife program ambassadors and educating the public about local wildlife. Ideal candidates should have experience with captive animals, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions. The internship runs from July to December 2026, offering 32 hours a week at a rate of $12 per hour. Some evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.
