We are seeking a full‑time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in southeastern Iowa.
Provide individual therapeutic treatment, assessments, and treatment planning under supervision.
Maintain high-quality service delivery, participate in staff meetings, training, and community education.
Support interns, handle crisis situations, and stay current with relevant therapies.
Possess an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field, with licensure eligibility within two years.
Preferably have at least two years of experience in mental health services.
