Overview
Adoration Home Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Home Health Clinical Manager to lead a team of clinicians, oversee high‑quality, patient‑centered care, and mentor staff across the Douglas and Waycross branches.
Job Location
US‑GA‑Douglas; coverage area includes Ware, Pierce, Bacon & Clinich.

Responsibilities
Conduct or participate in quarterly quality improvement meetings, review data, identify trends, and oversee implementation of improvement plans.
Collaborate with the Branch Director on quality improvement activities and corrective action plans.
Oversee responses to external and internal surveys and audits regarding quality of care and clinical KPIs.
Complete documentation and chart reviews to identify variances in care processes and areas for improvement.
Lead case conferences to ensure oversight of care, coordination of services, and compliance with standards.
Facilitate development of performance improvement action plans; communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, and appraise results; coach, counsel, and discipline staff; develop and enforce policies and productivity standards.
Ensure staff are evaluated fairly and timely per company procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
Less than two years of clinical experience, with at least one year in a managerial/supervisory role in home health care.
Current CPR certification.
Must meet all agency pre‑employment requirements and State regulations.
Proficiency with company documentation systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with all personnel levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Capability to handle highly confidential information responsibly.
