NEW Permanent Laboratory Technologist Opportunity – Specialty Clinical Laboratory
Location: Ft Lauderdale, Florida
Responsibilities
Perform testing including IgG, IgE, Candida, and Celiac (Gliadin/tTG) assays, and ELISA-based testing.
Prepare specimens and reagents for analysis.
Perform pipetting with accuracy using micro-pipettors.
Conduct QC/QA activities and participate in proficiency testing.
Maintain logs, documentation, and inventory.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of specimens and hazardous materials.
Maintain lab equipment and work area cleanliness.
Support accessioning and occasional phlebotomy as needed.
Communicate with physicians regarding test results or methodologies.
Requirements
B.S. in Medical Technology or related field.
1–2 years of clinical or specialty lab experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory procedures.
Valid Medical Technologist license (Florida required).
Basic computer and data entry skills.
