
MOLD MACHINE MAINTENANCE (2ND SHIFT)

RESPONSIBILITIES and AUTHORITY
Must be trained on, understand and follow all Life Saving Rules.
Inspect and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, electrical and mechanical systems on molding machines.
Perform preventive maintenance procedures as specified.
Complete work assigned by Manager or Lead person.
Communicate activities with Manager and other members of the department.
Maintain neat and orderly appearance of plant and molding machines.
Assist in other departments as requested by Manager or Lead person.
Seek training to stay current with job requirements.
Assume control of machine when a situation arises which has potential for personal injury or rapid deterioration of machine.
Responsibilities and Authority include assuring compliance with federal, state, government, and/or any appropriate regulatory law or guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Trade School, Technical, or Mechanical certificate a plus.
Mechanically inclined.
Self-starter with eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
