Conduct thorough pipe inspections and perform leak detection efficiently.
Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and related materials.
Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals on plumbing installations.
Conduct regular system maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure effective functionality.
Use a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' questions and concerns with a professional demeanor.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Stay updated on local plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a plumber; a valid plumbing license is preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and conditions.
Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a straightforward manner.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
