Position Summary
The Inpatient Therapist provides professional mental health care and case management of assigned patients. The therapist works closely with the psychiatrist and treatment team to ensure appropriate treatment and discharge planning for the patient. The therapist will complete assessments, facilitate treatment planning, provide group therapy, and meet with patients individually. Seeking candidates with TF-CBT certification or, at a minimum, experience working with youth who have experienced complex trauma. Experience with individuals who have a substance use disorder is preferable.

Job Requirements
Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work
License: State licensed in social work or clinical related mental health field; LCSW preferred
Experience: Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct experience in family, individual, group and family therapy, case management, and crisis intervention; trauma-focused CBT and DBT experience preferred
Additional Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age

Work Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (flexibility to accommodate family therapy sessions)
